[Algeria] Mazagran
Mazagran (also called café mazagran, formerly spelt masagran) is a cold, sweetened coffee drink that originated in Algeria. It has been stated that the drink's name probably originated from a fortress named Mazagran in a coastal town called Mostaganem in the northwest of Algeria which in 1837 through the Treaty of Tafna was granted to France. Mazagran is prepared with strong, hot coffee that is poured over ice, and it is typically served in a narrow, tall glass. It has also been described as "coffee taken with water instead of milk", in which coffee is served in a tall glass along with a separate container of water to mix in with the coffee

[Nicaragua] Macuá, Happy Hour regional series
The Macuá is a cocktail made with white rum and fruit juices, usually lemon and guava juice. The Macuá is noted as the national drink of Nicaragua. The drink is named after pajaro macuá, a tropical bird native to the country. The drink rose to fame in October 2006, when it was entered in a competition to choose a national drink of Nicaragua. The competition, sponsored by Flor de Caña, a Nicaraguan rum manufacturer, involved more than twenty different drinks based on the company's products. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macu%C3%A1

[Turkey] Turkish Desserts / Türk Tatlıları
There are so many Turkish foods, dessert and drinks such as İskender Kebab, Soğuk Baklava, Black Tea, Sarma, İçli Köfte, Pide, Lahmacun, Simit, Çiğ Köfte, Sarma, etc. Actually most of these foods have similar versions in Greece, so perhaps a common stamp collection for Greece and Turkey can be created. Kindest regards
