27.7 Finland, Sweden and Norway celebrate this day. It is also celebrated in some other countries in Europe 27.6. I am not sure, if every country has a similar kind of celebration, but in Finland every year some more or less well known / meretid person is thrown to the sea at the city Naantali at morning. I find it lovely and funny.
