  1. Ruby Chestnuts in Coconut Milk aka ทับทิมกรอบ
A Water chestnut will give you

came with sweet coconut milk. Totally a perfect dessert for a hot day so it's better to include crushed ice!
  1. Thai Crispy Pancakes aka ขนมเบื้อง
A biting-size crepe or what-so-ever you would like to call can be found every where and every time in Thailand. It usually first topped or filled with meringue, followed by sweet or salty toppings such as shredded coconut, Foi Thong (egg yolks drizzled with sugar to create a long sweet golden string), chopped scallions, shrimps, salted radish, or fried tofu. Better try both sweet and salty!
