[Namibia] Skeleton Coast
Uja1
Where the desert meets the sea ✨
The Namibian coastline was guarded by the rough waters of the cold Benguela current leading to the Namib desert which, combined, acted as a natural deterrent to foreign invasion by way of sea for a period of time before Namibia became a German colony. Shipwrecks still litter the infamous skeleton coast to this day.
